3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds. 1 children’s bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with bath. 1 lavatory.1 lavatories.
Fireplace and electric heating. A set of garden furniture, sun beds and a barbecue are available. Parking spaces are also available.

Guarantee deposit is 500 €.
Electricity is charged extra: 0.15€/kWh
Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the rental price but can be provided upon request.
Rates:
– Low season (school holidays excepted until mid-June and from the 2nd fortnight of September) 800 € per week – 1500 per fortnight.
– Middle season (School holidays and 2nd fortnight of June / 1st fortnight of September / Christmas) 850 € per week – 1600 € per fortnight.
– High season: 1450 € per week – 2800 € per fortnight.
