It is situated approximately 600 metres from the beach and the shops in Morgat, 50 metres from the entrance to the Kador forest, and 400 metres from the G.R34 hiking trail. It is built on a 2000 square-metre plot with trees (fruit trees), you will have access to a garden area of 800 square metres. This house can accommodate up to 4 people.

- An attic bedroom with one double bed and two night tables, a baby bed, a wardrobe and a closet
- Garden with trees and lawn, 800 square-metres approximately; a set of garden furniture.
No animals allowed.
Rates/week
Prices include service charges
- from 6 June to 4 July and from 29 August to 26 September 2015: 350 €
- from 4 July to 29 August: 500 €
The price digresses with the number of weeks.
- 2 consecutive weeks: -5 % on the entire stay
- 3 consecutive weeks: -10 % on the entire stay
Rental is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit ( 25 % of total rental price).
